Эндодонтическое лечение зубов с заболеваниями периодонта: одно или несколько посещений?

Аннотация

Лечение корневых каналов при воспалительных заболеваниях периодонта в одно или несколько посещений остается спорным вопросом. Для большинства эндодонтистов гидроксид кальция является препаратом выбора для дезинфекции корневых каналов в период между посещениями. Однако в литературе нет единого мнения ни за, ни против применения препаратов гидроксида кальция для временного пломбирования корневых каналов. В ряде клинических ситуаций одноэтапное эндодонтическое лечение может быть не только более эффективным, но и предпочтительным вариантом.
