Стратегия и тактика комплексного лечения периодонтита в нестандартной клинической ситуации

Abstract

This is a case study of treatment of a patient with combined pathology. After the
examination, it was diagnosed: «chronic apical periodontitis of teeth 1.1, 1.2, chronic
gingivitis of teeth 1.1, 1.2.» The treatment plan and the course of treatment by visits
are described in details. During the whole period of treatment the patient used a temporary
cosmetic and functional prostheses, which allowed her to avoid disability and
not to violate her usual lifestyle. As a result of the treatment the recovery has been
achieved. Cosmetic result was rated as positive and fully satisfied the requirements of
the patient.
