Abstract
In order to justify the selection of the optimal methods of sterilization of endodontic instruments studied the activity of new cutting and underwent repeated sterilization of endodontic instruments based on laboratory studies. In assessing the impact of different methods presterilizing cleaning and sterilization on the properties of endodontic instruments found that the ultrasonic treatment and a heat treatment to a greater extent change the properties of instruments. It was shown, in step presterilizing endodontic cleaning instruments manual washing practically no negative influence on the cutting of its activity, while an ultrasonic treatment greatly reduces it.

One of the fundamental problems of modern dentistry is to keep the temporary teeth, namely the viability of the neurovascular bundle to the terms of the physiological change of teeth. For each of the second case of complicated forms of caries characterized by the presence of cavities on the approximal surface of the tooth. The aim of this work was to improve the condition of tissue diagnostic methods of temporary teeth with varying degrees of formation of roots. We have examined 665 children of Omsk from 3 to 8 years, of which identified a group comprising 22 people, with 29 temporary molars with cavities on the approximal surfaces with varying degrees of root formation and preliminary diagnosis of «chronic pulpitis». In the process of follow-up, according to X-ray, the degree of resorption of the roots of deciduous teeth treated for «chronic pulpitis» piloted by biological methods did not differ on the timing and nature of the flow parameters of the symmetrically disposed arranged teeth intact.

Abstract
The complex technique of treatment of caries of a dentine with application of a preparation from brown seaweed and the low-intensive laser is presented in article. 40 patients at the age of 21-30 years with the diagnosis dentine caries, the II class on Black were investigated. In the real work clinical, electric pulp testing, radiological, densitometrical methods of research are presented. The comparative analysis of these data before treatment is carried out 6 and 12 months later. Improvement densitometrical and the electric pulp testing of indicators after the carried-out treatment of caries of a dentine is defined. As a result of the conducted researches efficiency of the combined application of a preparation from brown seaweed and low-frequency laser radiation is shown, at dentine caries.

Abstract
The retrospective analysis of 468 medical records of the patients seeking for dental care was carried out. Information on the dental status of the patients received during the primary examination was studied. It was noted that from 15 points on check-up list the third part of indicators aren’t informative, the third part filled formally that calls in the question pithiness of information. Periodontal condition, availability and use of removable dentures, data on smoking and diet does not evaluate at the primary examination. The use of the existing Check-up list of primary examinations does not allow to get enough information for an objective assessment of oral health of the patient, therefore, it should be modernized.

This article deals with the conservative treatment of chronic periodontitis in the acute stage without the «open period of the tooth» and mandatory appointment of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. 17 clinical cases are presented with a detailed description of the methods of treatment and the results. 16 patients aged 28-65 years with a diagnosis К04.7 were treated. Positive results confirmed clinically and radio graphically after 6-12 months. The treatment takes place without complications and complete recovery of bone structures in the former foci of destruction is faster in teeth with one root canal, do not expose previously endodontic treatment.
