Abstract
Stroke is still one of the most frequent and severe impairment of the central nervous system. There are lots of papers devoted to early rehabilitation but none of them includes the protocol of patients’ dental rehabilitation. There is no consensus regarding the timing and volume of dental care for stroke survivors nowadays. Present paper provides an analysis of existing data on dental care to these patients. It is evident that a single secure workflow of providing dental care to patients with ischemic stroke does not exist, it is necessary to develop a standard of dental care for this group of patients.

Abstract
This study evaluated the influence of the addition of cetrimide and polypropylene glycol to sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) on its capacity to dissolve pulp tissue. Bovine pulp fragments with standardized weight and volume were immersed for 5, 15 and 30 min in 2 ml of NaOCl and Hypoclean (NaOCl added with cetrimide and polypropylene glycol) solutions at 5,25%, 2,5%, 1%, 0,5% and 0,25% and afterwards re-weighted. Distilled water was used as a control. The percentage of tissue loss was considered for statistical analysis (univariate ANOVA, SPSS, v. 17.0) at 5% significance level. There was no tissue dissolution in the control group. NaOCl added with surfactants (Hypoclean) dissolved more pulp tissue (p < 0,05) than NaOCl alone. Tissue dissolution was directly dependent on the concentration of solutions (p<0.05), and also on the time range (p < 0,05). The combination of NaOCl at high and low concentrations with the surfactants cetrimide and polypropylene glycol increased significantly its capacity to dissolve pulp tissue.

Abstract
The study of the reliability display of root canals of all groups of teeth was carried out in the laboratory by 158 intraoral radiographs, 36 orthopantomogram, 1434 computer tomography. In clinical studies 127 patients analyzed 374 intraoral periapical x-rays, 47 computer tomographic studies. The results of laboratory and clinical studies have shown that intraoral radiographs and orthopantomogram not objectively shows the structure of the roots of all groups of teeth. These techniques are not in all cases faithfully portray the quality and features of the obturation of root canals. The methodology for the assessment of the structure of the roots of the teeth and spatial location of root canals is cone-beam computed tomography in axial and oblique projections. For objective evaluation of the quality of endodontic treatment informative combination of methods intraoral radiography and cone-beam computed tomography. However, because of the way the image application cone-beam computed tomography does not eliminate the difficulties in the diagnosis of fractures of the roots of the teeth and determine the presence of fragments of endodontic instruments in the root canals.

Abstract
A high incidence of deciduous teeth pulpitis (70,0 ± 2,9%) necessitates search for the medications that can prevent complications development and undue teeth loss. Chronic granulation periodontitis after devital amputation develops in a month after the treatment in 17,4 ± 1,4%, in a year - in 29,0 ± 1,1% of cases. It is necessary to choose an optimal therapy for the treatment of complicated caries of deciduous teeth taking into consideration individual peculiarities of a child. A positive result with the drug «Pulpevit N 3» - formokrezol was observed in 95,0 ± 2,7% of patients. The efficacy of «Pulpodent» and «Pulpotec» comprised 95% and 96% respectively.

Abstract
In recent years, a range of composite filling materials was broadened considerably; however, the incidence of recurrence and complications of caries remains high. Marginal permeability is the key factor for durability of restorations. The study of the electrical conductivity gives an impartial assessment of marginal permeability on the bounds of filling with dental hard tissue. Electrometric method allows revealing the latent violations of marginal fit of restorations, as well as of the recurrence of caries.

Abstract
The determination of an accurate root canal working length is a critical step in endodontic therapy. Modern electronic apex locators are believed to be able to perform well in the presence of various liquids. However, some reports suggest that accuracy of electronic apex locators is dependent on the type of irrigation solution used. The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the accuracy of EndoEst-Apex 02 and Root ZX, electronic apex locators, in the presence of various irrigants. In the present study the use of 3% NAOCL, 2% Chlorhexidine, 17% EDTA affected the accuracy of the apex locators in determining working length.

Abstract
Nowadays pain and anesthesia problems in dentistry are still actual. More than 40 techniques of local anesthesia on the mandible known today don't solve that problem, especially in the lateral part of the mandible. Our clinical experience and scientifical abstracts show low efficiency of the mental anesthesia by S. Malamed that, in our opinion, explained by absence of the accounting of specific features of anatomy of mental area and topography of nerves. The aim of the research was the assessment of efficiency of local anesthesia for teeth extracting with use of mental anesthesia by S. Malamed and anesthesia of intraosseal part of the mental nerve from the point of view of the personalized approach. Material and methods: 450 patients took part in research aged from 18 till 70 years during 2011-2013. Selection was representative. For carrying out local anesthesia concerning teeth extracting at a necrosis of a pulp (K041) and chronic apical periodontitis (K045) used dental syringe and also 3% of mepivacain and 4% of 1:200000 articain local anesthetics. The dosage in all cases was identical and made 0,6-0,7 ml. As a result of research clinical efficiency and safety of application during anesthesia of the intraosseal part of the mental nerve was proved during premolars extracting in surgical dentistry concerning necrosis of a pulp and chronic apical periodontitis.

Abstract
Article is devoted to clinical aspects of application in daily practice of the dentist of hot gutta-percha on the carrier. The analysis of features of application of this technique in comparison with a method of a lateral compactions of gutta-percha is carried out. At a preclinical stage carried out comparison of apically permeability of the fangs which have been sealed up with application of these techniques. In clinic within 3 years treatment of complications of caries of 878 teeth at 645 patients aged from 18 till 75 years was carried out. During research lack of reliable distinctions in efficiency of application of these techniques is established.

Abstract
Today the treatment tactics of periapical abscess is still widely discussed. The tendency of leaving the tooth «opened» has been prevalent in our country for a long time. But recently there have been appeared more adherents of another tactics - hermetical restoration of the coronal part of the tooth and using periostotomy if necessary. In this work based on the clinical case we will review the particularities of periapical abscess healing process while using both tactics.

Abstract
The article presents modern approaches to the assessment of microarchitecture bone tissue of the jaw bone using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). The increase in image taking into account the density of the tissue to trabecular package using CBCT gives the opportunity to analyze the state of cortical and trabecular bone, which is the reflection of the activity of metabolic processes. Comparative data on outcomes CBCT and histological study that shows a direct link in the evaluation of qualitative characteristics of jaw bones. Assessment microarchitecture of the jaw bone using CBCT allows you to analyze the process of reparative regeneration and osseointegration, to predict long-term outcomes.
