Abstract
Currently, ultrasound is successfully used in clinical dentistry. Were clearly identified areas of its most effective application. However, concern is the risk of such complications as enamel and dentin hypersensitivity with subsequent involvement of dental hard tissues in the inflammatory process. In an experimental study on the mongrel dogs the characteristic structure of the state of dental hard tissues (enamel and dentin) before and after exposure to ultrasound of different intensities (the exposure time 20 seconds). Application of ultrasound of small intensity (1 W/cm²) showed that electron-microscopic picture of the enamel and dentin has not changed. Action of ultrasound of large intensity (2 W/cm²) has revealed feebly marked damaging effect in the form of microcracks enamel and tubules of dentin reducing the number, along with the reduction of the number of processes dentins odontoblasts.

Abstract
In endodontiс treatment use of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) allows to reconstruct the 3D model of the root canal system, which can give invaluable information. Conducting of CBCT allows to diagnose and accurately determine the characteristics of the anatomical structure of the teeth and periodontal tissues. Intrascopic CBCT method specifically designed research in the maxillofacial region, can significantly extend diagnostic possibilities dentists and get the maximum amount of reliable information about the area of intervention.

Abstract
The investigation research of effectiveness and possibilities of endodontic re-treatment of teeth with roots filled with resorcin-formalin pasts is conducted. The purpose of this work is the optimization of time for temporary obturation canals by using the Japanese medicine on the basis of iodoform and calcium hydroxide for the treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis. 21 patients (23 teeth) with destructive forms of chronic periodontitis were examined and cured. Data about the quality of endodontic re-treatment of such teeth are specified, the results of re-treatment are traced. The results of x-ray analysis conducted from one to three years after treatment showed full or partial rehabilitation of chronically abscess area up to 69,6%.

Abstract
942 computer tomogrammes of patients of various age and sex are analysed. It is revealed that in the childhood frequency of detection МВ2 on computer tomogrammes is maximum (88,6 %) and progressively decreases with the years (to 20,8% at mature persons). Strong feedback between frequency МВ2 and age of patients is found out. The attention of doctors to possibility of two variants of structure МВ2 is paid. Besides, the second are found out in persons with МВ2 approximately in 33% of cases roots channel in the mandibular incisors, in 20% - in the second premolars of maxilla and distal roots of mandible molars

Abstract
The study of location of maxillary sinus’ lower border is extremely important for various oral health providers, especially for general dentists, surgery and implantology specialists and orthodontists. The location of lower border of maxillary sinus affects dental occlusion during further rehabilitation. In order to analyse data of head telerentgenogramms made in lateral projection, form and location of lower border of maxillary sinus towards its base line (ANS-PNS) and root tip position of premolars and molars for various types of dental occlusion, we have studied 99 lateral telerentgenogramms of the scull. These TRGs were made in patients aged 20 to 45. There were 48 patients with physiological occlusion of dentition, 36 patients with distal occlusion, and 15 patients with mesial occlusion of dentition. We have identified 4 principal shapes of the lower boundary of maxillary sinus and 3 types of its vertical distance from the basis of maxilla (line ANS-PNS) in the areas corresponding to location of molar’s root tips above the lower boundary of sinus for various dental occlusions. During the study we have compared the frequency of location of molars’ root tips above the lower border of maxillary sinus for various dental occlusions. We have discovered that low position of lower border of maxillary sinus (especially in case of funnel or undulating shape of sinus) must be analysed during the process of indication selecting for distal or mesial, tipping or bodily orthodontic movements of lateral teeth.

This article presents an overview of research the author expediency enhanced light exposure during dental treatment of patients suffering from mental illness and is a stage of practical recommendations for improving the algorithm dental care of these patients.

Abstract
Bacteria have been implicated in the pathogenesis and progression of pupal and periapical diseases. The primary aim of endodontic treatment is to remove as many bacteria as possible from root canal system and then create an environment in which remaining microorganisms cannot survive. Drugs form an important part of routine endodontic practice. They can been used in a number of ways: systemically, locally and prophylactically. One of them are antioxidants, they have been used as an root canal irrigant. This paper reviews the role of antioxidant «Acizol» in endodontics by highlighting its effects in detail.

Abstract
The scientific article presents the results of the different biomaterials and their combinations for the substitution of the defects of the alveolar process of perforation of the maxillary sinus after surgical and endodontic interventions. Just the observation of 84 patients. The results showed that the use of biomaterials in blocks, crumbs, gel and developed new ways bone grafting allows to achieve rapid recovery of patients on average 2-3 days, to prevent postoperative inflammatory complications, to reduce the recurrence of the disease.

Abstract
Osteonecrosis of the jaw is one of the complications which developes in patients receiving bisphosphonates therapy after invasive dental procedures. Bisphosphonate therapy applied in treatment of patients with osteoporosis (in oral form), as well as in the treatment of patients with malignant diseases with metastatic bone lesions (intravenous drugs). At the moment there is no consensus on treatment strategies for this complication is offered as a conservative and surgical treatment protocols. The number of patients who developed this complication increases every year, due to the widespread introduction of these drugs in medical practice. The actual problem is early diagnosis and choice of optimal treatment strategies, ensuring a higher quality of life for the patient and the prevention of complications.

Abstract
The mandible in its external and internal structure has marked age differences, which are due to its functional features. Comparing the individual parameters of the mandible in the development process, it may be noted that in the early age periods, immediately after birth, the magnitude of the mandibular body, specifically its alveolar part, occupies most of the bone mass. Then, during the activation of the temporomandibular joint muscles, is a sharp increase parameters occurs. After the eruption of permanent teeth functional equilibrium occurs, which is confirmed by anatomical characteristics. Work is done on the basis craniological (104 objects) and X-ray radiological methods.

Abstract
The comparative analysis of dental needle tip deformation after periodontal anesthesia for the increasing it safety was carried out. Methods. 47 needles with «a standard bevel» and a bevel like «surgical bevel» are selected after periodontal ligament and intraseptal anesthesia in 24 patient with tooth extraction. In a view under microscope deformation of needles tips were observed. Results. In all cases of periodontal anesthesia the deformation of the tips looked like a bends under various angle. Bends from 15° to 180° to needle axis are noted. Discussion. These deformations arise at single use of a needle. After anesthesia of multiroot teeth where injections were carried out from two to four sides of the tooth, needle tip deformations are also revealed, while single using the deformed needles did not apear to differ between them. Therefore for one periodontal injection - one needle is necessary, and in cases of multiroot teeth 2-4 needles are needed. The smallest deformation was observed in needles «surgical edge» type that is associated with a smaller length of a bevel and its two-edged sharpening.

Abstract
In the real research changes in a pulp of cutters of rats on the power module by effort 100 gf/cm, fixed on method Koboyashi for 9 days are studied. It is shown that in these terms influence of a power spring causes structural and functional violations in pulp cages against fall of activity of alkaline phosphatase, quantity calcium-connecting proteins - osteocalcin and annexin V. It coincides with observed expansion of a predentinal zone that testifies to delay of processes of a mineralization of a dentine. At the same time, the revealed differentiation and movement of cages from a preodontoblast layer in odontoblast, reflects compensatory reorganization in response to the used force.
