Abstract
The authors have developed a new biocomposite resorbable membrane for guided tissue regeneration based on hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate. Histological studies conducted on laboratory rats have shown that the use of resorbable biocomposite membrane “Diplen GUM” by wrapping bone defect area or defect tamponade leads to a reduction of the inflammatory response and significant acceleration of reparative osteogenesis. During clinical study the technique of using a membrane was developed. All patients had postoperative period with no signs of inflammation, relief of the alveolar mucosa was adequate to healthy sites, sutures were removed on the seventh day after surgery. The success of the membrane was confirmed by radiological studies in 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery. At the same time the laser Doppler flowmetry study of the microcirculation in the gingival tissues was conducted. Dynamics of microcirculatory parameters in gingival tissues showed that the use of «Diplen GUM» membranes promotes more rapid recovery of tissue blood flow, which is associated with stabilization of remodeling processes in bone.

Abstract
Was conduct analysis of the frequency of application different methods of pulpitis treatment of primary teeth of children by dentists republics of Tatarstan, Mari El and Chuvashia. In all regions prevailing method of non-vital amputation using resorcinol -formalin preparations. The proportion of specialists practicing endodontics root canals for pulpitis treatment of temporary teeth in general more in other regions. In Tatarstan formalin-containing preparations for sealing of multi-molars are used more frequently by specialists. In the regions and in Tatarstan only fifth part of the dentists give credit to pulp saving methods of treatments in temporary teeth and use in their practice injectable anesthesia for pain relief of temporary teeth. In Tatarstan more dentists who do not use anesthesia in his practice absolutely. Composites are preferred in regions of the temporary teeth with complicated caries. In Tatarstan the proportion used for this purpose, glass ionomer cements and composites are almost the same.

Abstract
For the quality of endodontic treatment of patients with arterial hypertension it is necessary to know well an etiology of occurrence of a inflammatory lesions of the pulp and periapical tissues, and also to be able to perform adequate chemomechanical preparation . It should also consider the characteristics of the patients with elevated blood pressure. This article is a review of domestic and foreign literature . The peculiarities of management the patient with arterial hypertension are pointed out. The main goals of endodontic treatment are discovered.

Abstract
Perforation teeth are considered the second most important cause of failure of endodontic treatment. The article puts forward a method of repeated endodontic treatment with «Osteoplast» material application for retreatment of chronic destructive forms of periodontitis, complicated with tooth perforation. We have treated 25 people with chronic destructive periodontal disease at the age of 25-35 years of age with a history of endodontic intervention. The efficiency of application of the proposed comprehensive treatment.

Abstract
When planning endodontics therapy the diagnostic information provided by X-rays methods of research has huge value. Article is devoted to a comparative assessment of a cone-beam computerized tomography and an panoramic radiograph, as to the most widespread type of X-rays inspection in stomatology. On the basis of the studied literature advantage of a cone-beam computerized tomography before an panoramic radiograph in different clinical situations is shown. Options of an anatomic structure of channels of the teeth which identification is possible only on the basis of computer tomograms are presented. Recommendations are made when carrying out diagnostic actions in the course of endodontics treatment.

Abstract
Morphometric study of deep areas of the face allow to identify bone structures, which are genetically and functionally related to both visceral and neural structures of the skull. In this work we studied the structure of bone structures that make up the deep areas of the face on specially chosen skulls of children and adults (154 skulls). The age differences in their sizes and proportions in some postnatal periods were set. Individual differences in the structure of bone and muscle structures of deep face area due to two extreme forms of the infratemporal fossa appear. Deep muscles of the face are characterized by differences in their parameters, angles and ways of divergence, relationships with other entities.

Abstract
Today an increasing number of patients apply to the clinic for the treatment and saving the teeth. Possibility of conservative treatment of complicated forms of caries appeared on clinical admission relatively recently thanks to new techniques, as well as tools and materials in endodontics. Stages of treatment, its distinct algorithm, the correct application of various tools in the treatment of root canals - all this significantly affects the outcome of treatment. The purpose of the clinical case - to show the correct application of new techniques during the repeated endodontic treatment. Authors’ experience indicates positive immediate outcomes of repeated endodontic treatment.

Abstract
The presented article covers a range of issues arising in daily clinical practice of an endodontist. It is not a study in the classic sense of this word. Author, a therapist with extensive experience on the base of her own clinical cases shares the thoughts regarding methods and technologies of endodontic treatment, arises the discussion regarding the concepts of success and failure in endodontics. The article is based on problem-oriented principle, it encourages readers to reflect together with the author, has written on an interesting and even artistic language. Extremely useful material contributes to the development of clinical thinking of the practitioners and it is especially valuable for the beginners in dentistry.

Abstract
Problem of prevention and treatment of complications arising from the root canal teeth with different materials, remains urgent. The article deals with the surgical treatment of odontogenic compression injury of inferior alveolar nerve after endodontic procedures. Surgery is to remove the filling material of the mandibular canal. Of the 92 examined patients operated on 89 patients, 3 persons refused the surgery. Found that treatment of patients with acute compression-toxic neuropathy inferior alveolar nerve, severe complications should begin as early in intensive care, treating this disease, as the urgency of. The developed method is rapid access to the mandibular canal has advantages over access by gingival margin and horizontal cutting method, with the ability to remove all the filling material, to receive an autograft for closure of the defect cortical bone jaw, prevent gum recession in the post-operative period and gives a positive result in 98% of cases

Abstract
Treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis requires a therapeutic dentist to solve a number of tasks: strict adherence to the protocol, taking into account the initial situation, an individual approach to therapy, the use in the practice the clinically proven new dental technologies. Objective assessment of the general state of the human body and the destructive process of bone tissue of the maxillofacial area allows the doctor to choose the right approach to the treatment of destructive forms of periodontal disease and to evaluate the importance of each stage. This article describes the principles of modern highclass endodontic treatment. The necessary working instruments and technologies are described. The work is illustrated with clinical cases.
