Abstract
The depth of penetration of the bactericidal aqueous solution of nanosilver Poviargrol into Dentinal Tubules of the tooth was studied. It is shown that the introduction of the solution with phonophoresis provides a greater degree of diffusion of nanosilver into the dentin in comparison with free penetration.

Abstract
Today there is a large number of various methods of endodontic treatment of complications of caries. The certain positive and negative properties influencing the forecast of endodontic treatment are characteristic of each of techniques. For the purpose of its improvement, the research of result of influence of the electromagnetic field on endodontic seals on the basis of polymeric pitches is conducted. The method of raster electronic microscopy is used to estimate results. The received results have shown reduction of quantity and the size of a pores, more homogeneous structure of a sealer and closer arrangement of particles in samples of the studied group (the sealer after influence of the electromagnetic field), in comparison with control (a sealer without impact of EMP on him).

Abstract
In medicine, performing an injection involves antiseptic preparation of the skin and application of topical anaesthetic prior to the procedure. The studies reviewed show that dentists in Russia ignore them in 70-75% of cases. Dental literature and guidelines published before the 2000s did not contain any information on oral cavity preparation prior to giving injections. Due to introduction of vascular types of anaesthesia, and intraligamental anaesthesia in particular, we suggest considering the following issues: possibility of developing catarrhal and ulcerative gingivitis and potential risk of developing infective endocarditis after vascular injection of an infected anaesthetic. No studies report infective endocarditis as a complication of spongeous anaesthesia (ILA). It is disappointing that the new module in the dental curriculum (2011) «Local anaesthesia and anaesthesiology in dentistry» does not contain any step-by-step oral cavity preparation prior to performing an injection. Based on the findings we obtained in the clinical experiment, domestic and international experience of giving anaesthesia, we have developed the draft clinical protocol.

Abstract
202 preliminary studies of CBCT were studied, on which the structure of 404 first and 404 second molars of the lower jaw was studied. It was revealed that the frequency of occurrence of the two root first molars of the mandible was 97% (two-channel 2,5%, three-channel 79%, four-channel 14,3%, five-channel -1,2%), three-root 2,5%, and C- 5%. The prevalence of single-root second molars of the lower jaw was 1%, two-rooted second molars - 87,1% (two-channel 11,6%, three-channel 75%, four-channel 0,5%), three-root - 2,7%, C-shaped 9,2%. The medial mesial canals in the mesial root of the first molars were revealed in 9 patients (4,5%) in 14 teeth (3,4%) and in one second molar in one patient. In the three root first molars, the supercomplete root was always located distally-lingually (radix entomolaris), in the second molars - 1,7% of the teeth were with a supercomplex distal- lingual root (radix entomolaris) and 1% - with a supercomplex mesial-buccal (radix paramolaris).

Abstract
Regulation of vertical position is carried out by a set of customizable reflex feedback from the vestibular, visual, joint and muscle receptors. Several studies have shown the importance of a small clinical features of postural disorders balance if disfunkktsii syndrome temporomandibular joint (TMJ). According to others, a minor violation of TMJ function leads to the breakdown of the correctly closing the teeth and accompanied by changes in postural tone. The main method of analysis of the relationship between the occlusal-postural characteristics and clinical symptoms of TMJ is stabilometry.

Abstract
Periodontopatogenic microorganisms penetrating and infecting the tooth pulp complicate endodontic treatment and cause a relapse of the disease. The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of endodontic dentistry in patients with periodontal disease. 58 teeth in deep bone pockets were examined in 58 patients with a diagnosis of Chronic generalized periodontitis of severe severity. In the study, the correction of the existing protocol of endodontic treatment was carried out. The effectiveness of the corrected endodontic treatment algorithm in patients with periodontal diseases was microbiologically and clinically proven.

Abstract
Osteomyelitis of the jaw bones is an infectious inflammatory process of odontogenic or post-traumatic nature, which in recent years has significantly changed its clinical picture. The purpose of the study was to study the relationship between the parameters of the immune status in patients with chronic osteomyelitis of the lower jaw and the clinical course to elucidate the prospects for the use of immunotropic drugs. Results. It is concluded that the study of the parameters of systemic immunity in patients with chronic osteomyelitis followed by appointment of immunotrophic polyoxidonium preparation, increases the effectiveness of complex treatment of patients.

Abstract
The goal of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of the combined therapeutical and surgical treatment of chronic apical periodontitis in lower first molars. The Department of Dental Propedeutics has accumulated a big experience of this kind of procedures. Results of the study have shown in case of periapical lesion presence after a period of treatment with temporary fillings combination of conservative and surgical treatment significantly increases the positive prognosis for the treated tooth.

Abstract
The results of morphologic characteristics of healing lips' tissues in dynamics of experimental modulating of chronic relapsing lips' clefts (CRLC) were discussed in this work; the estimation of efficacy complex therapy was given. Morphologically was proved that complex treating with using Perftoran that promotes real acceleration in process of healing lips' tissues in comparison with traditional treating. Such effect of therapy is explained by local protective influence of Perftoran and as well as bactericide and bacteriostatic properties.

Abstract
Influence of sucrose and selenium on enzymatic activity of a pulp of cutters of infant rats is investigated. It is shown that consumption within 30 days of sucrose didn't lead to change of amount of protein, but activated demineralization processes. During this period effect of selenium as against a full-fledged diet, and high-saccharose is most expressed. By 60th day of experiment high doses of sucrose, but not selenium had bigger effect on activity of hydrolytic enzymes of a pulp of cutters of skilled animals.

Abstract
In the article the questions of assessment of the rate of formation of substitution of dentin in an artificially created cavities that mimic the defeat of teeth caries. The experiment was carried out on 6 adult dogs. It is established that the most informative characteristic of activation of the plastic response of the pulp in response to damage to the hard tissues of the tooth is thickening and calcification of argyrophilic fibers. After 21 days the drugs is determined by the formation of substitution of dentin with a thickness of up to 40 MK, which reaches a maximum thickness of 1 month and a deadline of 2 months, its deposits already built like regular dentin.

Abstract
The choice of material for permanent obturation of the root canals in the treatment of complicated caries is a top priority for the dentist. The article presents clinical cases of treatment of periodontitis, odontogenic sinusitis using the material for filling the root canals with «Granulotec» (PD, Switzerland). The results of the treatment were evaluated clinically and radiologically at the time of treatment and after 3-6 months. Currently, the use of «Granulotec» in the treatment of pulpitis, periodontitis and their complications leads to the successful treatment of these diseases.

Abstract
Saving teeth and maintaining their function are the main objectives of dentistry. Currently, an increasing number of patients are motivated by the fact that dentists have made every effort to save the tooth. Despite notable achievements of world and domestic implantology, endodontic treatment is still important in the treatment of periodontal diseases. The emergence of new tools and equipment has significantly improved the quality of endodontic treatment, but even the use of the microscope in endodontic practice has not reduced the importance of radiological diagnosis and treatment monitoring
