Abstract
In vitro evaluation of Prevotella Intermedia, Enterococcus faecalis and Candida Albicans microorganisms leakage study
was carried out using four extracted lower central incisor teeth that were obturated using ProRoot MTA, AH Plus and guttapercha
filling materials.
Outcome of the study showed superior effectiveness of ProRoot MTA sealing ability that proves the fact of using this
material in Oral Surgery as a retrograde root canal filling material in apical surgery.

Abstract
Cages of the inflamed pulp of a deciduous teeth in an initial stage resorbtive of root take active part in the programmed
destruction of a tooth and much less react to development of an inflammation which is characterised by irreversible damage
endotelium vessels, suppression of processes of restoration of cellular structures against activation of the proteins participating
in apoptosis of cages and destruction of bone structures periodontis.

Abstract
Repeated endodontics in teeth previously treated by method of resorcin-formalin impregnation, which requires greater
efforts from a doctor and well-equipped working place, in some cases may be unsuccessful. In the clinical case the use of a
microscope and careful execution of treatment phases was the solution to the problem of repeated endodontics and allowed
to achieve good clinical result.

Abstract
105 teeth with chronic destructive periodontitis have been treated in 86 patients. The follow-up of patients (till 6 months)
showed that the effectiveness of periodontal treatment depended on the quality of endodontic stages carrying out, while
peroral administration of drugs containing calcium didn't influence the terms of hone remodeling in the foci of destruction.

Abstract
Modern techniques of medical visualisation are a base of additional diagnostic and planning methods of surgical treatment
in stomatology and maxillofacial surgery. Diagnosis of maxillary sinus perfomance is actual problem of oral and maxillofacial
surgery, owing to prevalence of odontogenic sinusitis, and wide introduction of augmentation procedures in stomatologic
practice. DVT (digital volume tomography) allows high resolution and contrast imaging of anatomic formations at rather low
radiation loading and equipment cost. DVT technique has greater sensitivity (Se), specificity (Sp) and accuracy (Ac), than
traditional methods of radiographic diagnostics (OPG and skull radiography in Waters projection).

Abstract
There are two main causes of endodontic instruments breakage in curved root canals: cyclic and torsion overloading. Detailed
analysis of these factors and the evaluation of the root canal anatomy by microCT allowed to formulate the formation principles
for instruments which are based on the anatomy of root canal systems. The main aim is to provide the high safety of root canal
treatment. These principles, material parameters and physical calculations secured the creation of new type of instrument - super
flexible instrument, which is free of disadvantages of existing instruments. The instrument is working always in elastic region of
material deformation, so it is secured from cyclic overloading and at the same time disposes improved torsion stability.

Abstract
Clinical examination of 30 patients after surgical treatment of periapical cysts was carried out at the Department of the
Departmental Surgical Dentistry and Implantology in Clinical Diagnostic Center of Moscow University of Medicine and
Dentistry. Patients were divided into 3 groups, 10 persons in each group. Patients in group №1 were treated using traditional
surgical approach. Retrograde filling technique was used in group №2. The use of dental operating microscope and microsurgical
techniques were applied in group №3. Patients were monitored throughout a 1,5 year recall period. The criteria of treatment
effectiveness, was based on asymptomatic clinical appearence and evidence of radiograph bone healing. The outcome of
the study showed high effectiveness of surgical periapical cysts treatment using dental operating microscope.

Abstract
Regarding cases there is an intolerance metal implants. For the majority of such patients are available metal orthopedic
materials. These patients have streams of high galvanic currents between implants and metal dental orthopedic in a mouth.
Removal orthopedic metals leads to disappearance of streams of high galvanic currents with disappearance of pathological
symptoms гальванизма. Allergy metals implants and orthopedic materials in this case plays a supporting role.

Abstract
In order to compare the different physical objects of the same nature, must be based on some logic to group their numerical
characteristics. With this, the opportunity to enter for a particular clinical situation the concept of «more - less». Introduction
to the governing rules of the principle of assessment, will engender the notion of equivalence, that is, on the basis of
biophysical characteristics of the tooth, it is possible to choose the appropriate restoration of the system. The article presents
the values of the numbers Haunsfilda obtained in the study light-cured filling materials.

Abstract
IThe results of efficiency of treatment of chronic apical periodontitis at the patients on a background of system osteoporosis
in short-term and long-term supervision with use the peroral antibacterial therapy are resulted. The peak efficiency of
application of osteotropic antibiotics is established in comparison with traditional antibacterial therapy or without it.

Abstract
The condition of roots of a second teeth is studied at orthodontic treatment. Applied radiographic methods (ОPTG,
TRG). The сephalogram is used. From 175 patients resorption of roots of incisiors and canines is revealed at two patients.

Abstract
Results of clinical application of a fiberglass reinforced tape in direct composite restorations for non-vital teeth with hard
tissue defects give reason to recommend Armosplint as a promising material for clinical dentistry.

Abstract
In an in vitro experiment the bactericidal activity of ozone has been studied in an ozone-aerial mixture in a different ozone
concentration concerning the pathogenic micro flora of root canal. An optimal concentration of ozone has been defined in an
ozone aerial mixture and in an ozonated physiological solution. An algorithm of usage of medical ozone has been elaborated
in an endodontic treatment of patients with pulpitis and periodontitis.

Abstract
On the basis of the anonymous doctors questioning data is shown the high frequency of endodontics complications occurrence
connected with the technics of creation access to a tooth cavity, by application arsenical paste, and work of endodontic
set of instruments. The aspects of additional root channels detection frequency endodontics perforations are also represented.
It is shown that the perforations of a tooth cavity bottom prevail in the clinical practice these complications can be
often met on the inferior molars.
