Abstract
Perforation and fracture of roots are characterized by well-known clinical picture. Strengthening the non-removable prosthesis
with elements located intracanal changes the strength characteristics of the abutment teeth. Particularly detrimental
effect on the biophysical properties of the «root of the tooth - intracanal element of» lack of alignment. Prolonged operation
in this state leads to a fragmentation of the use of asymptomatic roots. Computer technologies allow to optimize the diagnosis

Abstract
Objective: to increase the efficiency of diagnostics of additional root canals in endodontic pathology in outpatient dental
attendance. Patients underwent extensive clinical examination including X-ray and electrometric methods. Information on
anatomy, morphology and average literary data was taken into account. All this allowed to predict variations in the structure
and location of root canals of teeth at the example of the first upper premolars.
Conclusions: deep knowledge of anatomical and topographic structure of the root canals of teeth on the stage of diagnosis
prevents errors, in the subsequent course of endodontic treatment as well. Important condition for achieving positive results of
endodontic treatment is a correct access to the root canal.

Abstract
The estimation of efficiency application diode laser «LAMI» with length wave 1040 nanometers is spent at endodontic treatment
of chronic forms pulpitis to the remote terms of supervision. Data of clinical, tool and radiological researches of 146
patients who were under supervision within 24 months at which 184 teeth concerning a chronic pulpitis has been cured are processed.
By results of clinical researches practical recommendations and algorithm of preparation of root channels to obturation
are developed at endodontic treatment of teeth with chronic forms pulpitis.

Abstract
The analysis of the observation of over 60 patients with systematic cardiovascular diseases indicated that the frequency of
root canal filling with a single gutta-percha pin is high. Endodontic treatment of 24% of teeth of patients aged 20 to 29 years
had been performed with a low quality of obturation of root canals. The quality of endodontic treatment of patients with cardiovascular
diseases should always be evaluated using radiographs.

Abstract
In the present job the maintenance annexin V, caspase-9 and the tumour necrosis factor-α in gomogenates pulps time and
second teeth in norm has been investigated and at an inflammation. Results have shown that against an inflammation in a pulp
of a deciduous teeth the maintenance annexin V, caspase-9 and the tumour necrosis factor-α increases, and in a pulp of a constant
teeth there is an insignificant decrease in quantity annexin V, caspase-9, and the tumour necrosis factor-α in comparison
with untouched a pulp is not revealed.

Abstract
Mistakes and complications in the implementation of therapeutic manipulation is not rare. The article analyzes the work
of the dentist when providing dental care. The irregularities during the endodontic treatment, as well as keeping medical
records, ethics and deontology, and possibility of avoiding claims from patients were noted.

Abstract
Using of intraseptal anaesthesia in dental treatment was clinically and physiologically proved.
Developed VAS scale and pulpotestometria were used to evaluate the efficiency of this method, length of time needed to
produce an anesthetic effect and duration of anaesthesia accomplished with traditional syringe and computerized delivery
system STA .
The safety of using intraseptal anaesthesia was determined by tests of hemocirculation in the field of injection before and
after anaesthesia, and results of patients electrocardiographic monitoring.
The results of this study confirm the advantages of using computerized delivery system STA: reduction of time needed to
produce an anaesthetic effect and postoperative complications in compare with traditional syringe.

Abstract
This paper presents a complex clinical case of replantation of root, in order to preserve
as orthopedic rehabilitation of bridge structures, including the problematic tooth, in which
there was fistulous course. During the re-endodontic treatment destroyed the root of the
tooth has been extracted from the wells of the alveolar ridge and processed, curettage of
the wells is made, after which the root of the newly implanted inside. After 3 weeks root
inlay was set, temporary bridge is produced, including the tooth.

Abstract
Machinary rotary instruments develop continuously, their design changes, in order to remove the root dentin more effectively
and form optimal taper of a canal. The more pronounced taper increases the probability of tooth fracture. At machine
treatment of root canal the taper of instruments should be increased gradually.
Machine rotary instruments are constantly improving, changing their design, which ensures effective removal of root dentin,
forming an optimum taper of the canal. Creating too pronounced taper increases the probability of fracture of the tooth.
When treating the root canal taper instruments should be increased gradually, ensuring the smooth expansion of the root
canal. This allows to prevent many complications associated with endodontic treatment of teeth.

Abstract
Scaffolds provide a physicochemical and biological three-dimensional micro-environment
for cell growth and differentiation, promoting cell adhesion, and migration. The scaffold
can also serve as a carrier for the morphogen. Scaffolds should be effective for the
transport of nutrients, oxygen and waste. Preferably, a scaffold should be gradually degraded
and replaced by the regenerated tissue, while retaining the features of the final tissue
structure. Furthermore, it should be biocompatible, non-toxic, and have proper mechanical
strength. Presenting an overview of different types of scaffolds used in dentistry.

Abstract
Modern practitioners involved in endodontics have the technical capability to save the tooth. However, the anatomy of
teeth may differ significantly from traditional views. The paper analyzes the theoretical and practical studies of radiological
diagnostic techniques: panoramic X-Ray and computer tomography (CT), which revealed the advantages of CT over
conventional radiological methods. The use of CT maximizes accurately make a diagnosis based assessment of the state of
tissues and structures adjacent to the tooth. A doctor may decide to appropriate endodontic intervention, both primary and
recurring.

Abstract
The purpose of this work is the optimization of time for temporary obturation canals by using the hydroxide calcium
preparation for the treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis. 107 patients with destructive forms of chronic
periodontitis were cured and examined. These results show that the usage of hydroxide calcium with prolonged antiseptic
effect on root canal system during the 6 weak period improved the remote treatment results in destructive forms of chronic
periodontitis and were accompanied by effective regeneration of bone tissue.
