Патология периодонта при ревматических заболеваниях: перспективное направление междисциплинарных исследований
Аннотация
Представлены свидетельства взаимосвязи патологии периодонта (ПП) и хронического аутоиммунного воспалительного ответа. ПП ассоциируется с системным воспалением и сосудистой патологией, что характеризуется эндотелиальной дисфункцией и существенным риском кардиоваскулярных и цереброваскулярных заболеваний, сахарного диабета, аутоиммунных болезней. Обсуждается перспективность дальнейших междисциплинарных исследований биологических эффектов ПП при различных ревматических заболеваниях.
