Прочностные свойства дентина, подвергнутого ионизирующему излучению

Abstract

The study included evaluation of the effect of ionizing ionization in modes up to 110 in vitro and Grey to 70 Grey in vivo on
the microstructure and mechanical properties of dentin of teeth to create the algorithm of endodontic treatment of patients
with radiation therapy of tumors of the maxillofacial region in history.
Structural differences between all groups of the coronal dentin was not revealed. In samples of root dentin were found
in part of sclerosal dentin with a decrease in the diameter of dentinal tubules. Significant differences between the mechanical
strength of the coronal dentin irradiated at a therapeutic dose of 70 Grey as in vitro, and in vivo from an intact missing.
Whereas a further increase in radiation dose, a slight decrease in strength. A deviation in the mechanical properties of the
root dentin (70 Grey in vivo) from the root of intact dentin.
