Dens invaginatus как порок развития зуба. Пример диагностической картины на основе клинического случая, лечение
Аннотация
Dens invaginatus (dens in dente) - часто встречающийся порок развития твердых тканей зуба у боковых резцов верхней челюсти. Эта аномалия зачастую остается не выявленной врачом при осмотрах и не верно диагностируется при лечении. На сновании клинического случая хронического периодонтита 1.2 зуба, причиной которого явился указанный порок в сочетании с неверной ранней диагностикой, разобрана проблематика явления применительно к верхним вторым резцам. Рекомендована рентгенологическая диагностика всех латеральных верхних резцов, с визуально обнаруженной слепой ямкой. Также рассматривается применение материала Biodentine как альтернатива эндодонтическому лечению в случае не обширного поражения dens invaginatus.
