Abstract
In patients with ESRD on a background of periodontitis observed multiple non-carious lesions in the form of wedge-shaped defects (65%) , enamel erosion (16%), and abnormal abrasion (19%) of the cases, their number depended on the duration of the disease . non-carious lesions accompanied by the phenomena of hypersensitivity, which disappeared after a year from the start of dialysis. A significant decrease in the mixed calcium and magnesium, with increased phosphate and increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase. The increase of the number of IgA, M, G against decrease in IL-1β.

Abstract
In a model experiment reaction of a pulp of cutters of rats to introduction of melatonin and an inhibitor of TLR4 was studied. It is established that introduction of melatonin stimulates activity of AST and LDH in a pulp of cutters of experienced rats. Introduction of an inhibitor of TLR4 activates AST to a large extent and suppresses LDH. Activity of ALP in a pulp of cutters of rats in response to melatonin increases in a pulp of the top cutters and goes down in a pulp of the lower cutters. In case of introduction of the antagonist of TLR4, inversely proportional changes in activity of ALP in a pulp of cutters are observed. Shifts in the quantitative composition of IL-6 and TNF-α were more essential at introduction of an inhibitor of TLR4.

Abstract
It is believed that dental treatment, patients may be the cause of acute and chronic stress, especially in the absence of adequate anesthesia. The aim of the work was to assess the degree of emotional stress at the dentists during local anesthesia at the dentist general practice of using the Maslach questionnaire 60 physicians aged 25-55 years. It has been shown that stressful situation related to the prediction of the effectiveness of local anesthesia and its security, may underlie the formation of burnout syndrome

Abstract
Apical periodontitis is an infectious disease caused by microorganisms colonizing the root canal system. For optimization of endodontic treatment, bacterial populations within the root canal should be eliminated or at least significantly reduced to levels where it is possible to recover the periapical tissues. This article discusses some aspects of bacterial persistence before and after the therapy, including the use efficiency of a new drug for the temporary filling of the root canal based on the data of microbiological studies.

Abstract
The research objective was definition of biometric changes of the hard palate in children with various intensity of dysplasia of the connective tissue (DCT). Studying of the height of crest of the hard palate in children aged from 10 to 14 years was carried out. Features of anatomical changes of crest of the hard palate and narrowing of the upper dentition depending on DCT intensity which characterize that the more DCT intensity, the higher height and narrowing of dentition have been determined. These research data can be used in dentistry by drawing up a complex plan of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation among children with DCT.

Abstract
The results of studying the effectiveness of endodontic treatment of complicated forms of caries (pulpitis, periodontitis) in 224 people, including 169 men and 55 women, aged from 18 to 55 years in early and late periods after treatment, as well as analysis software quality standard endodontic treatment. Satisfactory root canal filling finishing endodontic treatment of pulpitis single rooted, two or three tooth root defined respectively in 77.78%, 83.33% and 65.28% of cases; upon completion of the endodontic treatment of periodontitis, respectively, 73.33%, 69.23 and 66.67% of cases. The effectiveness in the long term treatment of complicated caries single rooted, two or three teeth of the root, respectively, 60%, 61.54% and 59.68% of cases with pulpitis and respectively 66.67%, 72.72% and 68 42% of cases of periodontitis.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to conduct clinical and laboratory studies in the process of complex treatment of patients with chronic apical periodontitis and assessing the effectiveness of endodontic technologies of root channels with the use of self-adapting the SAF files, ultrasonic treatment, 3% solution of sodium hypochlorite and 2% chlorhexidine solution. In the process, were selected 77 patients with a diagnosis of chronic apical periodontitis. Then there were formed 3 groups and 6 subgroups. In the control subgroups, we conducted instrumental and medicamental processing of root canals with manual instruments using a 3% solution of sodium hypochlorite and 2% chlorhexidine solution. In the comparison group were given the combined treatment with ultrasonic activation of irrigants (3% sodium hypochlorite, 2% chlorhexidine solution.) and the SAF system with the same irrigation solutions, respectively. Clinical impact evaluation method dresses: women's treatment on the outcome of endodontic treatment was performed according to the frequency of the diagnosed complications a year after treatment of apical periodontitis. The structure of the biofilm root canals was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) using a microscope Quantum 3D (USA).According to the results of clinical and microbiological studies have observed a positive trend to reduce the number of the designated pathogens when irrigation SAF, as in the application solution of 3% sodium hypochlorite and 2% chlorhexidine solution.

Abstract
Gingival recession is a non-inflamatory periodontal disease with tooth root exposure. The main role in gingival recession pathogenesis play anatomical cortical bone defects. Orthodontic treatment of adult patients without periodontal health consideration has high risk of gingival recession in post-treatment period. We propose treatment and diagnostic algorithm for patients with gingival recession and dento-alveolar abnormalities, which consents to minimize further progressing of periodontal desease.

Abstract
Dentists can be referred to a group of specialists with high level of professional morbidity, as their work is characterized by the presence of harmful factors. Improving working conditions is an effective way of eliminating fatigue, maintaining working capacity and dentists’ health. The prevention of professional diseases must include regular medical examinations, x-ray examinations and individual protection from harmful workplace factors.

Abstract
NMR-spectroscopy has a growing importance in medicine as a tool for metabolic screening for abnormalities in biological fluids. Carbon is the basis of the most biologically significant molecules and13C NMR spectroscopy involves the direct measurement of these compounds. Clinical examination of patients, men and women, aged from 18 to 30 years, was carried out. Particular attention was paid to the detection of wedge-shaped defects of teeth hard tissues at various stages of this disease, as well as co-factors of its occurrence. NMR spectroscopy of carbon isotope13С nuclei of oral liquid samples from a healthy person (control) and patients with severe wedge-shaped lesions was chosen as a laboratory testing method. Studies have shown the analytical capabilities of oral liquid13C NMR spectroscopy of high resolution and promising directions for finding markers of dental diseases in their early stages.

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to detect the gene expression profiles of IL-1β, COX-2 and Collagenase Type II in dental pulps. Further, the study aimed at comparison of these profiles in healthy and inflamed dental pulps. Gene expression was assessed using Reverse Transcriptase Reaction and Real-Time-PCR. The results of the present study showed significant increase of the gene expression of IL-1β (p = 0,001), COX-2 (p = 0,002) in the inflamed samples, if compared with healthy pulps. Any statistical differences between the gene expression of Collagenase Type II (p = 0,757) in inflamed and healthy dental pulps could not be detected.
