Abstract
Antiseptic and cover material can be influenced in the method of vital amputation on the state of the root pulp. The aim of the investigation was to appreciate the effectiveness of formalin contains drugs for pulpotomy in the experiment. Materials and methods is included an electron microscopic study for appreciation the depth of the destruction of the tooth pulp tissue under the influence of Gvayafen drug (5 temporary teeth). A morphological study on animals (pigs) is included 2 groups: a first group is Trioksident (VladMiVa) and antiseptic Gvayafen (Omega) (14 teeth), a second group is Pulpodent (15 teeth). Results of the investigation. Gvayafen has a destructive effect on the cellular structure of the pulp, but it acts selectively saving nerve fibers, sells and the capillary endothelium. The depth of the damaging effect of the drug is limited only the upper third of the pulp. No statistically significant differences (p > 0,05) between groups 1 and 2. Trioksident coating after Gvayafen antiseptic process is same to use a Pulpodent. A viable pulp was identified in the most preparations with minimal signs mild inflammation in the apical zone in a both cases. In the upper third a limited areas of necrosis were detected and some preparations is sclerosed totally or partially.

Abstract
In dentistry, chronic apical periodontitis is one of the most common diseases. This pathology is caused mainly by microbial factor. Therefore, the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis is necessary to conduct highquality anti-bacterial treatment of the root canal. One of methods of the disinfection is laser. With the help of microbiological study microflora of root canals of teeth before and after antibacterial treatment Er,Cr:YSGG laser identified the most effective mode of application of the laser in chronic apical periodontitis.

Abstract
Clinical and laboratory study and evaluation of the effectiveness of ultrasonic treatment of the root canal system in combination with photodynamic therapy, in relation to the microflora of root canals in vitro and in the process of complex treatment of patients with inflammatory diseases of dental pulp. In the control subgroups, we conducted instrumental and medicamental processing of root canals. In the comparison group were given the combined treatment with ultrasonic activation of irrigant and further photodynamic treatment. Evaluate the influence of ultrasonic treatment in combination with photoactivatable system disinfection was performed according to the frequency of the diagnosed complications in the treatment of various forms of chronic pulpitis. The structure of the biofilm root canals was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) using a microscope Quantum 3D (USA). Statistical processing of data in 5 replicates and were processed by parametric statistics for small samples by Manna-Whitney test (p < 0,05). When performing scanning electron microscopy revealed the existence of high level of microbial contamination of areas of the root canal and dentinal tubules. In subgroups, where it was used the standard method of treatment, the percentage of re-treatment and surgical intervention prevails compared to the study group. According to the results of clinical and microbiological studies have observed a positive trend to reduce the number of the designated pathogens and the use of complex interaction of ULTRASOUND and PDT was the most successful method compared to traditional method of treatment

Abstract
Apical periodontitis is an infectious disease caused by microorganisms colonizing the root canal system. For optimization of endodontic treatment, bacterial populations within the root canal should be eliminated or at least significantly reduced to levels where it is possible to recover the periapical tissues. This article discusses some aspects of bacterial persistence before and after the therapy, including the use efficiency of a new drug for the temporary filling of the root canal based on the data of microbiological studies.

Abstract
It is necessary to study the clinical dental status of patients with burning mouth syndrome. This study showed high prevalence of caries and dystrophic diseases of periodontal patients with burning mouth syndrome. Burning mouth syndrome and substantiates the necessity of carrying out the complex of measures aimed at reducing the intensity of caries and periodontal diseases. When planning treatment, it is necessary to refer patients to a neuropsychiatrist to assign adequate provided psychotropic treatment, as well as other specialists of the corresponding profile for the treatment of chronic somatic diseases.

Abstract
In the present study, we investigated the effectiveness of drugs with different mechanisms of action in the treatment of patients with acute odontogenic periostitis of jaws. The best effect is observed in the case of appointment of a complex antibacterial and antihomotoxic medications in the postoperative period. The use of antimicrobial drugs only suppress the local immunity in the early stages of treatment.

Abstract
The problem of detection of idiopathic osteosclerosis (enostosis) in dentistry is quite topical at the moment. With modern methods of X-ray diagnostics above pathology revealed more and more. Enostosis characterized as an island of dense bone in the tips of the roots of teeth with absolutely intact tooth. In this connection the question arises about the possible options and if necessary endodontic treatment of the tooth involved in the pathological process. This article describes the options for idiopathic osteosclerosis, frequency of occurrence in the endodontic reception according to panoramic radiography and computed tomography during the examination and treatment of 340 patients. Cone-beam computed tomography is a unique enostosis diagnostic method for planning a successful endodontic treatment.

Abstract
Despite the usefulness of the biological treatment of pulpitis, especially in the early stages of the disease process or accidental opening of the tooth cavity of different age groups of patients without burdening somatic diseases, this method doesn’t occupy a dominant position among the other kinds of treatment of pulpitis. It has been shown that a relatively wide spread of devices for ozone therapy in modern dental clinics creates favorable prospects for the introduction of the dental practice, developed at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry RNIMU of NI Pirogov, the method of treatment of reversible forms of pulpitis using ozone therapy in combination with direct pulp capping with medical materials.

Abstract
Studying of anthropological reports of different years has shown that an enamel hypoplasia the most ancient disease of solid tissues of tooth, and the earliest data belong to an era of Neanderthal men (2-5 million years ago). Caries of teeth has been recorded at remains of people of the Neolithic era (Stone Age) when the beginning actively to develop agriculture. Features of a diet of the modern person have led to increase in occurrence of caries of enamel and reduction of not carious defects.

Abstract
One of the consequences of traumatic injuries is the chance of aseptic pulp necrosis to occur which in time may became infected and give origin to periapical pathosis. Although the apical granulomas and cysts are a common condition, there appearance as an extremely large radiolucent image is a rare finding. Differential diagnosis with other radiographic-like pathologies, such as keratocystic odontogenic tumour or unicystic ameloblastoma, is mandatory. The purpose of this paper is to report a very large radicular cyst caused by a single mandibular incisor traumatized long back, in a 60-year-old male. Medical and clinical histories were obtained, radiographic and cone beam CT examinations performed and an initial incisional biopsy was done. The final decision was to perform a surgical enucleation of a lesion, 51.4 mm in length. The enucleated tissue biopsy analysis was able to render the diagnosis as an inflammatory odontogenic cyst. A 2 year follow-up showed complete bone recovery.

Abstract
We studied the duration of ultrasound exposure with the least risk of periodontal damage when removing well cast root inlay made taking into account the anatomical features of root canals. 5 Total successfully completed cases was analyzed. We used standard elongated ultrasonic nozzle to remove dental plaque at the maximum ultrasonic power with constant copious water cooled in the cervical region, for 15 seconds on each side, the results obtained without complications. Coppa crown remover used when a mobility features cast root inlay. After a 10-minute periods of use of ultrasound were 2-minute rest periods. It took 2 to 6 visits without anesthesia for temperature control by the patient. The number of visits depends directly on the number of channels used for fixing pin. The number of visits is inversely related to the statute of limitations, and operating time cast root inlay.

Abstract
In dentistry, the implementation of the principles metabolomics is just beginning, and obviously has a great future. One of the goals of metabolomics is the early diagnosis of disease at a stage when they may not have clinical manifestations. clinical examination of patients was carried out, men and women, aged from 18 to 30 years. Particular attention was paid to the detection of wedge-shaped defects of teeth hard tissues at various stages of this disease, as well as co-factors of its occurrence. Laboratory test method was selected nuclei magnetic resonance spectroscopy of proton and carbon nuclear isotope sample liquid oral healthy person (control) and patients with severe defects tapered teeth. The data show that the spectroscopy makes it possible to determine the concentration and composition of the low molecular weight organic substances in samples of saliva, which will serve as a subject for further research.
