Abstract
The quality of root canal treatment remains an important issue largely due to the structure of the root canal system. The use of cone-beam computed tomography in the practice of a dentist simplifies endodontic treatment. Choice of treatment strategy and system of instruments caused by the initial data of 3D CT scan. However, the results of the study revealed structural features that are not visualized on the original computer image. The priority sealing technique of anatomically complex root canal is identified.

Abstract
Etiology and pathogenesis of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis is well understood, the source of infection is sinus periapical foci of inflammation and radicular cysts. In some cases, the cause of the disease are foreign bodies in the maxillary sinus derived for errors endodontic treatment of the upper jaw [1, 2]. The currently available literature data indicate the toxic effects of the filling material on the mucosa of the maxillary sinus, causing degenerative changes in the mucosa, which continue as an independent process, with obvious clinical signs of immunosuppression and inflammation [4]. Our method plastic burr hole in radical sinusotomy restores architecture of the sinus and affect the stages of healing itself in the interference from the operation of up to three months for the whole period of the herbal plate “CM” resorption, as well as to deal effectively with occlusive sinus cavity fungus mycelium varying degrees severity.

Abstract
To study the effectiveness of laboratory PDT photosensitizer toluidine blue in relation to oral microflora in vitro and clinical dental practice in patients with inflammatory periodontal disease of different ages. In the clinical part of the work carried out dental and laboratory examination of patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases - periodontitis chronic moderate to severe (60 people, including 30 received PDT) aged 25 to 55 years. In the experimental part of the study was determined by inhibition of the growth of anaerobic microbial strains under the influence of the group of LED source «FotoSan». We used clinical and radiological, microbiological, molecular biological, and statistical methods. It is revealed inhibition of growth of microbial populations under the effect of photodynamic therapy, wherein the representatives of gram-positive, gram-negative anaerobic and fungal microflora. The optimum exposure modes and exposure. It confirmed the feasibility of use in dental practice exposure of not more than 30-60 seconds for the bacteria and 30 seconds - for fungi Candida. Established improved periodontal parameters and reducing the frequency allocation parodontopatogennyh bacteria after a course of photodynamic therapy patients.

Abstract
Development and application of new endodontic materials allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment of complicated caries. At constant pressure generated in the main channel of kanalokopatel, or other instrument, increasing the fluidity of endodontic filling material, allows you to fill in a narrower lateral channels and anastamose. In the present study, a comparative evaluation of the hydrodynamic characteristics of root siler used to seal the root canal system.

Abstract
Chronic apical periodontitis due to exceptionally high prevalence is one of the first places as a source of focal-related diseases. Teeth with destructive periodontal remain potentially dangerous foci of infections caused by autonomic imbalance and immune status. In this paper we studied 107 people with a diagnosis of «chronic apical periodontitis». The functional state of the autonomic nervous system were detected by electrophoresis dosed adrenaline and carbachol and test dermographism. To evaluate the immune used to determine the number of leukocytes and blood leukocyte, a T-lymphocyte, B-lymphocytes, theophylline-resistant lymphocytes, phagocytic index and phagocytic number of serum immunoglobulins. The necessity of restoring the physiological level of functioning of the nervous system in terms of its excitability threshold, the severity of the reactions and the ratio of sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions.

Abstract
The results of the study of primary medical documentation (PMD) 167 (132 (79.04%) men and 35 (20.96%) women) man held endodontic treatment for various forms of pulpitis and 83 people (73 (87.95%) men and 10 (12.05%) women) held endodontic treatment for various forms of periodontitis. Patients ranged in age from 18 to 55 years of age (young and middle age). The analysis used by physicians diagnostic methods and their frequency in the treatment of pulpitis and periodontitis, as well as their comparison with the departmental standard endodontic treatment. The paper noted the presence of a large number of defects in mine action, as identified in the departmental medical institution metropolis.

Abstract
The article presents the results of morphological and structural changes in the pulp using a combination drug composition for the treatment of acute focal pulpitis. The experiment included 13 teeth 5 canines, molars and premolars 8 (6 mongrel dogs between the ages of 2 to 5 years). It is found that the developed medicinal composition possesses specific properties and simultaneously pluripotent in preventing the development of inflammation, enhancing the protective properties of the pulp. In the pulp occurred relief of the inflammatory response and severe intensification of reparative processes.

Abstract
The study was carried out to study the effectiveness of fixed constructions of dentures, based on the performance of the functional activity of the masticatory muscles and balance the occlusion in patients with partial absence of teeth. The results show that in the 1st group was more rapid and efficient restoration of the balance of occlusion that can be attributed to smaller changes of dental system in the absence of a single tooth.

Abstract
The article analyses changes of maxillary sinus detected by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in case of various dental pathologies as well as of errors made during different kinds of dental treatment (endodontic treatment with filling material extruded into the sinus, dental implants). CBCT combined with software permitted the detection of X-ray signs testifying odontogenic origin of revealed changes in 71 (77%) patients with maxillary sinusitis out of 148 (100%).

Abstract
The comparative evaluation in vitro adhesion of the restorative polymeric materials classical and flow consistency, production of Tokuyama Dental, Japan and VladMiiVa, Russia, in connection with dentin cervical area are present. Compare the adhesive properties of these materials with the experimental variants “sandwich”, combining layers of classic and flow consistency. Revealed comparative advantage index of the adhesion properties for restoration materials classical consistency.

Abstract
In practice of dentist there are cases when canal lumen is blocked by anchor pin, cast metal tabs. Ultrasonic device allows you to quickly and efficiently remove foreign bodies from the lumen of the root canal. 95.5% pin designs without breaking the marginal integrity of the restorative material, and without destruction of dental hard tissues in the area fit only managed to extract using ultrasonic devices. Removing a pin designs can be ranked according to the degree of difficulty for the evaluation of the dentist at the reception.

Abstract
Application of computed tomography and dental microscope Carl Zeiss OPMI pico in endodontics, in addition to generally used methods, allows to perform accurate diagnostics and choose the most suitable method of treatment. Careful mechanical treatment of root canals with ample irrigation with sodium hydrochloride solution with ultrasonic insonation and canal filling with thermoplastified guttapercha under visual control with the use of operating microscope allows to get predictable positive result of treatment in complicated cases.

Abstract
Age and individual features of the structure of the mouth floor muscles were revealed on the basis of the data obtained with the use of computed and magnetic resonance tomography. Obtained results were compared with the characteristics of the bone structures of the lower wall of the oral cavity. Results of the study of intermuscular spaces of the mouth floor greatly complement earlier findings and may be used in the practical work of a dentist.

Abstract
The considerable defects of teeth hard tissues need to be repaired and it is recommended to restore them with the use of cast and metal-ceramic crowns which is unacceptable in pediatric dentistry. At present pin installation is considered the optimal variant of such restoration in pediatric dentistry practice. The fixation of pins with the use of dual-cure composite material “FlowCor Duo” (StomaDent, Russia) allows to receive a durable structure with similar composition and bio-mechanical characteristics.
