Abstract
The aim of the research was to examine the effect of «Trioxident», «Pulpotec» and «ViscoStat» on the pulp and periodontal tissue of white molars after the vital pulpotomy. All the rats were divided into three groups. «Trioxident» was used in the first group which consisted of 22 experimental animals, «Pulpotec» was used in the second group which consisted of 17 rats and «ViscoStat» was used in the third group which consisted of 18 experimental animals. After experimentally induced pulpitis and pulpotomy one of the studied drugs was imposed. Histological examination of the material was fulfilled in 2 weeks. The area of the reparative dentin was 296,9 mkm2 in group with «Trioxident», 335,0 mkm2 in group with «Pulpotec» and 355,1 mkm2 in group with «ViscoStat». The morphological signs of inflammation of the root pulp were absent in group with «Trioxident». The morphological signs of inflammation of the root pulp in group with «Pulpotec» and «ViscoStat» were determined in 8.3 % and in 71.4 % respectively. The experimental results confirmed that «Trioxident» provides regenerative effect on the pulp. That allows to recommend it to a wider usage in pediatric dentistry for vital pulpotomy.

Abstract
The restoration of class II cavities always requires using of matrix system. Generally, in the directions for use of materials is not specified the need of further restoration polymerization after matrix removal from the vestibular and oral surfaces. Some doctors give additional curing, some do not. Evidence-based medicine does not provide any recommendations about that. Inadequate curing time can lead to incomplete composite polymerization, in consequence of which fragmentary restoration chipping may occur.

Abstract
Significant incidence of complicated forms of caries in children’s dental practice dictates the need to find new preparations and methods for more effective treatment of chronic apical periodontitis. Many antibacterial agents have short-term effects and are ineffective when exposed to microbial flora of the root canal, which subsequently leads to complications and recurrence of the disease. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the local effects of ozone and some antiseptics on the system of root canals in permanent teeth with incomplete root formation in chronic apical inflammation. The comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the antimicrobial effects of drugs and the combined effects of ozone on the root canal microbiota in permanent teeth with incomplete root formation on the basis of the culture method found that traditional drug treatment of the root canal system is inadequate in relation to the aggressive microflora of root dentin. The present study confirms the significant efficiency techniques consistent use transkanalnyh medication, as each antiseptic effect on the different range of microorganisms.

Abstract
The article analyses changes of maxillary sinus detected by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in case of various dental pathologies as well as of errors made during different kinds of dental treatment (endodontic treatment with filling material extruded into the sinus, dental implants). CBCT combined with software permitted the detection of X-ray signs testifying odontogenic origin of revealed changes in 71 (77%) patients with maxillary sinusitis out of 148 (100%).

The typical clinical presentation of odontogenic atypical trigeminal neuralgia involves pain in a tooth in the absence of any sign of pathology. The paper is concerned with the problem of the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, principles diagnosis, differential diagnosis and the treatment of odontogenic atypical trigeminal neuralgia. A MEDLINE search was performed for all cases of odontogenic atypical trigeminal neuralgia reported in the literature since 1966. The use of tricyclic antidepressants is most effective among the methods of the treatment.
