Abstract
Hypothesis. Topical blockade at the level of the lower nasal passage for anesthesia of the upper incisors is a real hypothesis. Aim. Evaluate the effectiveness of topically anesthetics through the definition of pain thresholds using elektroodontotesting. Design. In a randomized, blind, crossover study included 25 volunteers 18 men and 7 women aged 19-23 years. Aerosol formulations were tested : 20% benzocaine, 15% lidocaine and 15% lidocaine with pre applique 0.1% solution of epinephrine, as well as a 2% solution of tetracaine , which were introduced in the lower nasal passage on a cotton swab for 1 min. Determined pain threshold of the upper central incisor using electrically testing before and after 5, 10, 20 min. infusion. Results. Pain threshold after administration of anesthetics increased from 4 to 16 microamperes . The presence of adrenaline with 15% lidocaine bringing the pain threshold to 26 microamperes. Conclusion. Application blockade of NPN in the nasal cavity, obtained using 4 topical anesthetics acted as a weak conduction anesthesia in relation to the Central upper incisors.

Abstract
Resection of the root apex of tooth remains actual in treatment of chronic apical periodontitis in practice of dentists. To prevent possible complications of this operation osteoplastic materials are used. There are plenty of osteoplastic materials on the market. However, in the literature there are contradictory data on them.On the basis of X-ray studies the results of applying nondemineralized spongiosis «Lioplast»® and material «Kolapol» during the operation of resection of root apex of tooth are presented.

Abstract
To goal of the research was in study the response of the cardiovascular system: blood pressure , heart rate in response to intraligamentary anesthesia (ILA) 4% solution articaine with epinephrine 1:100 000 in the treatment of caries and pulpitis. In the research took part 130 patients 1, 2 grade ASA. Monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate in three periods: before - 1, immediately after the ILA - 2 and after treatment - 3. Statistics: criterion t, computer software (Statgraphics). The biggest differences occurred between the indices of 2 and 3 period and less than 1 and 2. Most striking changes were in HR, SBP, and very little DBP. On average, immediately after injection indicators HR increased by 4.8 beats / min, SBP by 5 mm Hg. Increased blood pressure in hypertensive patients was highest. Dose of anesthetic solution, starting with 0.8 ml, exerted a significant influence only on heart rate. Reaction: anxiety, palpitations, headache occurred in 18 subjects and 4 as fainting. The maximum changes of cardiovascular system occur in the first minute after ILA. Monitoring before and after ILA needs.

Abstract
Accounting anatomical features of root canals is one of the key components in endodontic procedures. However, there are only a few publications about possible anatomic variations of several teeth in one patient. Implementation in practice of dentistry cone beam computed tomography significantly expands the diagnostic capabilities of the personalized features of root canal anatomy. This article shows the evaluation of the results of its use in relation to the population of Krasnoyarsk.

Abstract
In the article considered the anatomic and radiological points of view on the lingual part of the mental region on the mandible. It is shown that in the field of mental spine on the mandible depending on type of a skull contains both the pronounced, and hardly noticeable channels having continuation in a jaw. According to radiological pictures presented the original classification of channels of a mental spine.

Abstract
An overview of the literature on the treatment of patients with mental disorders in outpatient dental department is provided. The prevalence of this disease among the population of the Russian Federation and the structure of the patients encountered in dental reception were indicated. The role of the dentist in the diagnosis of this pathology through the analysis of existing methods was also indicated. The features of the dental status of these patients and safe pharmacological interactions between drugs and used drugs which plans to use the dentist were defined.

Abstract
Patients with arterial hypertension deserve special attention, as they are more susceptible to anxiety before the treatment, so during the painful manipulations with the use of local anesthesia, the importance of evaluation and correction of psycho-emotional state of such patients. The lack of clearly developed approaches for correction to dental intervention, directly affects the quality of their dental care. The peculiarities of the management of patients suffering from arterial hypertension.

Abstract
Results of the scanning electronic microscopy of of shlif of the extracted teeth, after a preliminary obturation of root cannels by different methods of sealing are presented in article. The technique of distribution of the sealing material entered into the root canal by vibration influence (Sonic Air) with the subsequent application of lateral condensation by gutta-percha pins is for the first time offered. The siler on which sound impact was entered into the root canal, and then the method of lateral condensation was applid by guttta-percha pins. Four methods of an obturation of the root canal were compared: lateral condensation, an obturation of the root canal warmed gutta-percha on the carrier, a method of a continuous wave, vibration distribution of sealing material with the subsequent application of lateral condensation by gutta-percha pins. As a result of researches it was revealed that the smallest extent of regional microdribble the method of lateral condensation added with vibration influence on a siler, end also thermoplastic gutta-percha with application of a method of continuous wave and Gutta Fusion that is comfirmed by data of electronic microscopy possesses.
