Abstract
An epidemiological examination of 785 children of Khabarovsk region was carried out. High rates of caries and pulpitis of temporary teeth of 3-8 years old children were identifi ed, a insuffi cient level of dental care for Khabarovsk region from was noted. The leading risk factors for the development of caries and pulpitis, their infl uence on the structure and properties of oral liquid were determined. The results shown a strong inverse correlation r = -0,710 between the intensity of caries and the level of sIgA in oral fl uid. The high values of intensity of caries is associated with a low content of sIgA and reducing the barrier function of secretory immunity in the III degree caries activity. The given researches confi rms the need for treatment and prevention of caries of temporary teeth and its complications considering prognostic criteria aff ecting the condition of oral cavity and indicators of mixed saliva.

Abstract
Study the processes of bacterial colonization and persistence on the surface of polymeric plastics. Plates (1x1 cm) of polymer plastics (polyurethane and acrylic) were used («Dentalur» Russia, «Ftoraks» «Plastic colorless» Stoma, Ukraine). These materials are applied for manufacturing medical dentures. Polymeric plates were incubated in the Luria-Bertani nutrient broth with clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa, S. aureus during 24, 48 hours, 7 and 14 days, 1, 5 and 3 months at a temperature of 37˚C. After incubation, the samples were fi xed in 10% neutral formalin solution. Interaction of bacteria with polymeric materials was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Traditional SEM dehydration of samples by alcohols or acetone was not carried out, that allowed to study the native structure of extracellular matrix. The stages of interaction between bacteria and surfaces of polymers were investigated. Bacterial biofi lms on the polymeric surfaces provoked their biodestruction changes. The possibility of long-term persistence of human pathogenic microorganisms on artifi cial prostheses is discussing.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of a clinical study carried out because of a departmental medical organization Megapolus. Based on the study of primary medical documents (PMD), 183 people (144 (78,69%) men and 39 (21,31%) women) aged 18 to 55 years, who were treated in the department of restorative dentistry, examine the structure of treatment deep caries, pulpitis and periodontitis. Regarding the treatment of deep caries received 16 people, including 12 (75%) men and 4 (25%) women. Endodontic treatment took place on the pulpit 167 (132 (79.04%) men and 35 (20.96%) women), about periodontitis - 83 people, including (73 (87.95%) men and 10 (12.05%) of the women). The analysis used by physicians treatment of deep caries, pulpitis and periodontitis, and their frequency, as well as their assessment of a departmental standard endodontic treatment.

Abstract
In case of endodontic treatment additional preparation should be carried out. This is done to ensure access to the mouths of the root canals. Quantity of volume remove hard tissue that is necessary to remove is a clinical and anatomical study. The best option of fi lling of root canal (not reaching to the top of 2 mm) was detected in the posterior depulped teeth with diff erent values of IDOST. However, this value was signifi cantly increased with the index IDOST (p < 0,05 t = 2,2). The cases with incomplete obturation of root canals decreases with increasing of IDOST (P12 < 0,05, t = 2,06), (R13 < 0,01, t = 3,12), (t = 1,01, R23 > 0,5). It was defected - that size of the defect determines the quality of the endodontic treatment. Data from these studies will help to predict methods of dental activities and make recommendations for action.

Abstract
205 computer tomogrammes of persons of the Buryat nationality of various age and a sex are analysed. It is revealed that frequency of detection МВ2 at the Buryat a little above, than in control group (from 100% at children to 22,8% at mature persons). Strong feedback between frequency МВ2 and age of patients in the given ethnic group is confi rmed. Besides, for 77% the Buryat were available МВ2 in the second molar of maxilla, approximately in 34 % of cases it is found out the second channels in distal roots mandible molar.

Abstract
Currently tooth-saving operations do not lose their relevance in dentistry. To achieve the desired result osteoplastic material are used to speed up the process of regeneration in the area of the bone’s defect. There is a wide choice of osteoplastic materials. It is also a huge amount of research on the eff ectiveness of these materials. However, in the literature there are confl icting reports about them. With the help of computer tomography were obtained data on bone density in the area of operation cystectomy with simultaneous radiectomy using demineralized spongiosis «Lioplast»® and material «CrossBone»®.

Abstract
Endodonto-periodontal lesions, as a result of the close anatomical and topographic communication is a complex, which is diffi cult not only to diagnose, but also to treat. The reason of the pathological changes in the pulp and periodontal tissues may be a variety of factors such as exogenous and endogenous origin, but the main one is microbial [19]. Therefore, the main principle of treatment patients with this pathology is a one-time removal of infection from the root canal system, and of pathological periodontal pockets. A particularly important aspect in the stages of diagnosis and treatment are additional methods of investigation that allow to fully assess the initial clinical situation, and to analyze the quality of the treatment. In view of the above, it increases the need for CT in order to obtain complete and accurate information. Therefore, the aim of the study was to evaluate the eff ectiveness of using CT to adequately display the anatomy of the root canal and the structural features of furcation area, as well as the level of bone resorption compared with intraoral radiographs and contact orthopantomography.

Abstract
The aim of this work was the isolation and identifi cation of microorganisms from the root portion formed with incomplete formation of the apical, revealing associative relations and their nature between the normal pathogenic and pathogenic microfl ora in children in permanent teeth with incomplete root development. The material for the study were 35 extracted teeth in children aged 9 to 16 years. As a result of microbiological studies revealed and identifi ed opportunistic microorganisms obtained from the fence microbiological material from the surface of the formed part of the root remote permanent tooth with incomplete apical development department in a state of chronic periodontitis and intact teeth belonging to the genera Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, Streptoccocus sp., Nesseria spp., Lactobacterium spp., Bifi dobacterium spp., Corynebacterium spp. and others. In the course of mycological research biomaterial were as isolated culture of yeast fungi of the genus Candida (species Candida albicans). The diff erences in the species composition of the microbial fl ora of intact teeth and teeth removed for chronic apical periodontitis

Abstract
The study analyzed the capabilities of existing dental plugger in the virtual model of the process seals the fi lling material and its adaptation to the cavity walls. Programmed in ANSYS SpaceClaim tools infl uence on the fi lling material with suffi cient force to promote the latest by 1 mm. In a study in the same way the data has been processed we developed a funnel-shaped plugger. According to the results of a mathematical model, conclusions were drawn about the theoretical superiority of our tool over existing analogues. This conclusion was confi rmed in a laboratory experiment for the real work surfaces exposed dental plugger for fi lling material under standard conditions.

Abstract
In the article shows the comparative results of the study of dental instruments of diff erent companies on the stages of the passage of the root canal, drying, obturation guttapercha point. In all companies were found a large number of endodontic instruments does not match the size of the calibration ruler. The standardized guttapercha point with conicity 02 also didn’t correspond to the declared size of an endodontic rule. The revealed discrepancy of the size of a guttapercha point considerably exceeds its admissible deviation fi rm the producer. It reduces quality of endodontic treatment: worsens quality of adhesion of sealing material to walls of the root channel and increases probability of penetration of a secondary infection. Therefore for a dense obturation of the lower third of the root channel it is necessary to carry out calibration of gutta-percha pins by means of the endodontic ruler.
