Abstract
The aim of this study was to assess the condition of the oral cavity in patients suffering from opioid addiction,
to investigate the prevalence and intensity of dental caries, pulpitis and periodontitis. Authors selected
250 medical histories and 25 patients suffering from opioid addiction in age from 15 to 40 years of experience
with different drug, which accounted for the study group and 25 healthy persons of the control group. The study
assessed the oral cavity, the prevalence (frequency and intensity of dental caries, pulpitis and periodontitis),
clinical features and pathology of dental diseases. It was found that patients suffering from drug addiction to
opioids were characterized by combined loss of periodontal tissue, periodontal and oral mucosa on a background
of highly intensive caries. More severe forms of periodontal disease are present in young patients with extensive
drug experience, the presence of somatic disorders.

Abstract
For correct understanding of antimicrobic activity of calciumhydroxide and influence of its use on the
further sealing of root canals it is necessary to know well an etiology of occurrence of a periodontitis, and also
to be able to spend adequate chemomechanical preparation. Given article represents the review of the domestic
and foreign literature devoted to researches of calcium hydroxide. Physical and chemical properties of a preparation
and etiologycal factors of development of an inflammation in a periodontiumaren'ted. The analysis of works
chemomechanical is given preparation. Main objectives of time sealing are opened.

Abstract
Design features of the endodontic instrument determine its essential properties. Information about
these design features carries inference about instrument properties and makes possible a comparative analysis
of instruments with different design. The aim of the present work is a quantitative study and analysis of the
FlexMaster instruments design features. Thirty instruments of different size and taper have been included in this
study. SEM examination of all instruments and their cross-sections was made to determine the following design
parameters: tip angle, fluting angle, pitch length, fluting depth, internal and external diameters and the angles of
cutting blade. Design features analysis of the FlexMaster instruments allows pointing out its outstanding characteristics:
1) good cutting efficiency; 2) high torsional resistance; 3) low flexibility; 4) aggressive tip; 5) low controllability
of cutting process due to substantial self-feeding effect.

Abstract
The treatment plan was divided into two parts: therapeutic (endodontic preparation of root canals) and
surgical (cystectomy with resection of root apex and filling bone defect with osteoplastic material of Gialuost. The
entire course of the conducted treatment is described. Treatment results were confirmed by X-Ray.

Abstract
According to research data a considerable part of the adult population is afraid of dental
procedures, visiting the dentist for them is a psychological and emotional stress. During treatment
these patients can manifest changes in hemodynamic, respiratory, blood sugar, increased sweating
and other autonomic responses, exacerbate the already existing somatic pathologies that affect the
performance of dentists procedures and reduce the quality of his or her medical services. Provision
of psychological comfort for the patient is an important component of safety of dental treatment. The
authors have developed the principles and algorithms of the distress correction, including a system of
verbal instructions and commands, during dental treatment.

Abstract
This work describes a clinical study and a treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis in 98
patients. The patients were divided into two groups. The first group received an endodontic treatment with paste
"Metapex" and in the second group with "Chitosan with silver". The use of the latter one made possible to effect
reliably the antiseptic treatment and to accelerate the regeneration of bone tissue and to achieve in 12 months
the complete destruction of the ossification focus periapical region of teeth in 92,9% of patients.

Abstract
In an experimental research on 12 removed the teeth any way divided into 3 groups, have carried out comparative
studying of impregnation dentine a root of-hydroxide copper-calcium (HCC) entered with the help depot
and galvanophoresis. After realization of procedures in dozes on 5mА x min were going layers roots for histologic
research.
In the first basic group ("depothphoresis") it was revealed non-uniform and superficial impregnation dentine
nanoparticles of HCC. Thus it was marked impregnation intertubular dentine. In the second basic group
(galvanophoresis) took place only impregnation dentine tubules on depth in 1,5 - 2 times big, than at "depothphoresis".
It was uniform and intensive. In the third group of comparison where HCC did not use, dentine tubules not visible.
Thus, introduction HCC in dentine a root of a teeth with the help of galvanic cells allows to achieve in comparison
with "depothphoresis" the best effect promoting dense and uniform obturacion of dentine tubules by nanoparticles
HCC. These data allow to explain the mechanism of the expressed positive clinical action of galvanophoresis HCC at
endodontic treatment of a teeth.

Abstract
Treatment of pulpitis of immature deciduous teeth in children is a difficult task, since classical endodontic
treatment is not possible. The preferred methods are vital pulpotomy and partial pulpectomy. The goal was to
increase the effectiveness of treatment of pulpitis by pulpotomy of deciduous teeth with the introduction of the
laser. In the clinic of child dentistry 25 children with chronic pulp (ICD-10 K04.03) formed in (n = 12) and immature
(n = 16) teeth in age from 1,5 to 6 years were examined and sanitized. The treatment was effected by the method
of vital pulpotomy using a diode laser of SiroLaser. This article describes a technique for treatment of chronic pulpitis
in temporary teeth with a diode laser and the results of treatment a year later. The use of a diode laser in the
clinic of child dentistry justified economically advantageous and is more refined alternative to existing methods
of treatment of pulpitis in temporary teeth in children.

Abstract
The most important step in the work of endodontist is an appropriate diagnostics. For effective diagnosis
and subsequent endodontic treatment standard methods of dental x-ray and planar radiography are not
enough. Currently, scientists and clinicians discussed the role of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in
the diagnosis of apical periodontitis (AP). In this paper in a series of case reports the use of CBCT for diagnosis
and monitoring treatment success is described. The authors discuss the topic of the higher efficacy of CBCT for
diagnosis of the condition surrounding the tooth structures in the apical lesions. The use of standard planar radiographs
in these cases is compared with CBCT.

Abstract
The Northern regions occupy considerable territory of Krasnoyarsk region. In these regions
there is a tendency of essential deterioration, both the general health, and stomatologic health of the
population. Many authors mark a low level of development of culture of health of the population and the
consumer relation remaining in a society to health, low level of hygienic skills. For improvement of quality
and efficiency of decision-making it is expedient to use special methodology and research methods.
The combination of methodological receptions (a method of expert estimations and SWOT - the analysis)
allows to receive the full and objective information on system of the organization of the stomatologic
help to the population of Evenkiya. Ordering of the received information allows to prove scientifically
strategy of perfection of model of regional system of the stomatologic help (including distribution of
resources) to inhabitants of territories with the low population density typical from which the Evenki
independent area is.
