In the present work the maintenance of a major fibroblast growth factor-β, insulin growth factor-1, transforming
growth factor -1β in gomogenates pulps of a constant teeth in norm has been studied and at an chronic inflammation.
Results have shown that in the inflamed pulp the tendency to increase in the maintenance insulin growth factor-1 and to
decrease in quantity of a major fibroblast growth factor - β, transforming growth factor -1β. The obtained data testifies
to decrease proliferative activity of cages of a pulp of a tooth against a chronic inflammation.

In liquid contents radix cysts and cystogranulomes jaws the quantity pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokins - interleukins-
1β and -4, the tumor necrosis factor-α is investigated. It is shown, that the quantity proinflammatory cytokins surpasses the
maintenance anti-inflammatory, and their quantity grows in process of increase in growth cysts formations.

Practising stomatologists often enough should face treatment of destructive forms of a periodontitis, сases of endotoxic
activity in teeth with necrotic pulps. In given article the reasons of occurrence of inflammatory processes in periapical
tissues are surveyed. Necessity of disinfection of the infected root system speaks; the choice of the medicinal form of
a material for a time obturation of root channels is carried out. It is proved that in the majority of clinical cases inflammatory
processes in periapical tissues grow out of insufficient disinfection of system of root channels at primary endodontic
treatment or presence necrotic pulp. This article tells about the research devoted to definition of antibacterial efficiency of
application Calcium Hydroxide and Chlorhexidine, included in gutta-percha pegs, in comparison with use Calcium Hydroxide
and Chlorhexidine, in the form of suspension and gel accordingly. The review of researches of foreign colleagues and
results of own clinical cases allow to conclude with confidence that the gutta-percha pegs containing Calcium Hydroxide
and Chlorhexidine, aren't alternative to classical provisional bandages.

By means of light microscopy, immunohistochemistry and morphometry it is established, that at odontogenic
sinusitis caused by deducing root canal filling material, develop considerable changes in epithelial layer and stroma.
In early terms (till 1 year) stay of root canal filling material in maxillary sinus in dominating processes in MM MS
are an allergic inflammation with intensive infiltration of stroma by effectors cells, and epithelium reactions in a kind
globet and bazalno-cellular hyperplasia. In stay terms of root canal filling material in sinus (till 5 years) in own plastic
it is marked chronic cataral inflammation with high maintenance immunocompetent cells, dystrophies accompanied

Despite high lymfocytes and plasma cells infiltration of stroma at odontogenic sinusitis caused by deducing root
canal filling materials, parity CD4:CD8 in investigated groups below norm that testifies to infringements of local
immunity MM MS.

In article the data of the modern literature about methods and materials for regenerative therapy of firm fabrics of tooth
are cited. Application of modern composite materials urged to help with increase of efficiency of treatment of caries. The
comparative estimation of efficiency to application of composite materials on a basis methacrylate and silorane matrixes
is spent in regenerative therapy of firm fabrics of tooth at caries treatment in the nearest and remote terms of supervision
with traditional methods of treatment. The data of clinical researches of 108 patients who were under supervision within
24 months at which it has been cured 120 chewing teeth concerning caries are processed. The comparative estimation of
the remote results of a condition of available seals on the basis of recommendations FDI about criteria G. Rage. Results of
clinical researches have shown that the modern material on silorane basis Filtek Silorane for restoration of chewing group of
teeth by the basic criteria of an estimation of seals in the remote terms of supervision has considerably best indicators, than
materials on a basis methacrylate Filtek P60 and QuiXfil.

In this paper we consider the case of treatment of chronic periodontitis in a patient of 73
years. After the examination the diagnosis was «chronic apical periodontitis of teeth 4.7
and 4.8». The treatment plan was agreed with the patient. The entire course of treatment
is described. A positive result after three years of treatment was confirmed radiographically.

Modern treatment techniques use fillings of tooth root canals with temporary pastes. However, today we have a new
option for treatment, which does not require temporary closure of the root canal by medical pastes. Complete curing of the
root canal is achieved thanks to canal treatment by the SAF system (Self Adjustable File). This paper endeavors to change
the notion paradigm, by using a single specially developed self-adjustable file. This results in curing the dentine wall of the
very root canal.

Today pharmaco-economic researches have become an integral part of demonstrative medicine. Clinical and economic
researches of conservative treatment of chronic periodontitis was carried out using materials based on calcium hydroxide.
The cost and efficiency analysis of conservative method of treatment is carried out using pastes kalsept, kalsept-iodine and
metapeks.

According to the anonymous doctors questioning, the main causes of objective and subjective possibilities for re-intervention
in root canals by physicians at a therapeutic dental reception in different dental clinics of Chelyabinsk city and Chelyabinsk
region were studied in detail. The influencing factors for the physicians decision according using of the resorcinolformalin
method were established.

An experimental study of the stress- strain response of the samples of endodontically treated teeth restored using various
technologies under loading in vitro has been carried out. An experimental set for mechanical tests in vitro has been designed
and tested. The influence of luting agents and adhesive systems in the root canal on the quality of endodontic posts retention
as well as durability of restorations has been investigated.

Clinical cases of post endodontic restoration techniques of teeth with defects of more than ½ the crown volume are presented.
In order to improve the adhesion, strength and the aesthetic aspects of the restoration the polymer fiber ribbon was
used. High cosmetic level of the restoration was observed.

Was made the estimation of efficiency and safety of the modified periodontal anesthesia on the mandible for molars with
the use of articain 4% with the adrenaline 1:200 000. Application of dopplerography has allowed to estimate change of haemodynamic
indicators in microcirculation in the periodontal tissues and the pulp and to register absence of local complications.
Monitoring indicators of central haemodynamics testified absence of deflections. Efficiency of anesthesia estimated
subjectively by means of an analogo-visual scale and electroodonto-diagnostic. Results of the spent researches have shown
simplicity of carrying out, high efficiency and safety of the given method.
