Abstract
The article describes the various methodics of instrumental processing of root canals of teeth. Among them there are two
basic ones - Step Back and Crown Down. In laboratory and clinical studies the authors developed the methodology of combined
use of files from different systems for the preparation of a root canal according to its morphological features, which
allows a full treatment of that canal throughout all its area and length.

Abstract
Bacterial biofilm formation is the prevailing microbial lifestyle in natural and manmade environments and occurs on all
surface types. Biofilm formation develops in several phases and is influenced by various parameters, both environmental and
inherent to the attaching cell. Biofilms also serve as protective niches for particular pathogens when outside a host. Although
it is accepted that biofilms are ubiquitous in nature, the significance of biofilms in clinical settings, especially with regard to
their role in medical-related infections, is often underestimated. It has been found that several aspects of human pathogenesis
within a clinical context are directly related to biofilm development. Various types of surfaces in clinical settings are prone to
biofilm development and an increased risk of disease may be a direct consequence of their formation. This review describes
the process of biofilm formation, highlights the importance of bacterial associations with surfaces in clinical settings and describes
various methods for biofilm visualization and control.
Presented here are the current problems related to bacterium biofilms; current concepts of biofilm formation, persistence,
and interactions with the host immune system; and emerging technologies for controlling medical biofilms.

Abstract
Complex research of condition cavity nose at 23 patients with bite anomales after upper jaw osteotomy are present.
There are present typical types changes of caviti nose and sinus maxillaris anatomy. Recommendations by prediction and
correction changes mucosa and walls are present. Deep disturbance, which could make difficult breathing, was not found.

Abstract
Studying of influence laser radiation diode laser with length of a wave 1040 nanometers on structure root dentin is spent
at endodontic preparation of a teeth for sealing, and also an estimation of degree regional fit filling material to walls of the
root channel by means of a method of scanning electronic microscopy. Researches spent on 48 samples the live teeth removed
under medical indications. Results of the carried out research have shown high efficiency of processing root channels with the
help diode laser, influencing density fit a root seal.

Abstract
For the first time on 84 removed molars of both jaws some morphometric parameters such as thickness of firm tissues of
chewing surface (ТFT), safe depth of pulpar chambers disclosing (SDD), bottom thickness of a tooth cavity (BТТ ) are investigated.
It is shoun that the depth of the top molars crown cavity is bigger. Together with the bigger BТТ that can explain
lesser risk and lesser frequency of occurrence furcation perforations of there teeth. Practicing doctors knowledge of the
described parameters of endodontic safety will help to prevent the line of serious complications of endodontic treatment.

Abstract
The main purpose of MKB-10, along with statistical registration of the diseases and decision
of physician-economic problems, - is to clear up the terminology and classify the pathological
processes on the base of their ethiopatogenetic, clinical-morphological and other particularities
for improvement of their preventive maintenance, diagnostics and treatments, as
well as to improve mutual understanding between experts.

In clause results of questioning of doctors-stomatologists on problems эндодонтического treatments of a teeth are submitted.
The received data testify to the lowest level of knowledge, use of inadequate methods and materials for root channels
of teeth.

Abstract
The present research is based on material of examining 120 files in an electronic microscope. It is established, that a damage
rate of all used files (Pro Endo К-file, Pro Endo H-file, M-Two, ProFile) during young age persons endodontic tooth
processing is insignificant.

Abstract
The article discusses the importance of three-dimensional obturation of root canals. However,
mentioned that this is not the only criterion for obtaining good long term results. For longterm
success crown tightness of the tooth is more important than the apical one. We consider
the conditions of treatment of teeth with endopatology, various methods of gutta-percha use.

Abstract
The investigation of the level of micro- and macroelements in oral fluid is done. It is noted that physical methods of treatment
of chronic periodontitis poorly studied, so it became necessary to develop a new integrated method with the use of
physiotherapy effects on the destruction area.
